Pulseboard

Privacy Policy

Pulseboard: Widgets for Fitbit. Last updated 2 November 2026.

Pulseboard is made by MINIMA APPS LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: your health data stays on your iPhone, and we never receive it.

What Pulseboard reads

With your permission, Pulseboard reads the following data from Apple Health (HealthKit), read-only:

Pulseboard never writes to Apple Health. You choose which categories to allow, and you can change this at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Pulseboard.

Where your data is processed

All processing happens on your device. Pulseboard has no account system and no server. A small cached snapshot of the values shown in your widgets is stored in the app's private App Group container on your iPhone so that widgets can display it. It is not synced or uploaded anywhere, and it is deleted when you delete the app.

What we do not do

We collect no personal data through the app.

Purchases

Pulseboard Pro and Lifetime are bought through Apple using StoreKit. Apple processes your payment and handles your purchase records under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.

Not affiliated with Google or Fitbit

Pulseboard reads data that your Fitbit or Google Health app has already written into Apple Health. It does not connect to Google or Fitbit services and has no access to your Google account.

Children

Pulseboard is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Deleting the app removes the on-device cache. If you have any privacy question, contact us.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above, and the new version will apply from then.
